The Head’s Welcome
I am excited to assume the helm of Keystone Prep High School. As I am approaching my 13th year at Keystone, I have a wide view of the history of the school, as well as a bright vision for its future. This year we are rolling out our Multi-track Magnet Program, which focuses on a Forensic Science/Archaeology theme, Space/Robotics/Drone theme, and a Fine Arts theme. We also initiated summer programs this summer that align with our Magnet Programs, and we are embedding more field trips and project-based learning into our curriculum.
It is important to note that Keystone is a small school focused on the three themes noted above, students who are better served by smaller class sizes, and a more hands-on curriculum approach. As such we consider our school to be an extended family and we are reliant on vibrant, positive, and involved family volunteerism. We will be making some significant changes to the school over the next few years and look forward to your participation in our growth.
