Support KPHS

U-Knighted for Keystone Prep!

When you support Keystone Prep High School, you support our students through our mission. At KPHS, we challenge teens academically, strengthen them emotionally, and encourage them socially. We prepare each student to graduate with a career plan for their future. We ensure the citizens of tomorrow have what they need to be independent rather than dependent people. As a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization, every donation made benefits our students in countless ways:

  • Donations and gifts allow Keystone to improve our classes and programs, providing students with exciting hands-on opportunities, courses that matter, and support that enables them to thrive.
  • We never want finances to get in the way of a student attending Keystone Prep and need-based scholarships provide many families the opportunity to attend KPHS.
  • Investing in STEM education will keep our students at the forefront of the ever-evolving technological landscape. Plans include more offerings in the areas of coding/robotics and a science lab with virtual reality.
  • The development of programming that is designed to build valuable career skills as our students prepare for college and the workforce, including Life Skills, Carpentry, Mechanics, and Computer Science, just to name a few.

What About Tuition?

Doesn’t tuition cover the cost of educating a student? No, tuition alone does not cover all expenses for your child to attend Keystone Prep for a year. The average annual cost to educate one student at Keystone Prep is $26,632.00. Mainstream tuition is only $19,900.00. Our school community’s support of fund-raising programs is essential to helping us subsidize the actual cost of educating our students and preparing them for their future. We need every parent or guardian to strongly support school fundraising efforts and giving goals, as this allows us to keep tuition costs as affordable as possible.

Scholarships

Scholarships provide support for financially challenged families and building a scholarship fund allows us to ensure that any student that can benefit from the Keystone approach to education has the opportunity to attend, regardless of their financial capabilities. As a non-profit, independent school, we depend on the generosity of our Board of Trustees, corporate sponsors, current and former parents, grandparents, and the faculty and staff, who all contribute financially to benefit our students. All gifts, large and small, make a difference in the life of a child.
