This is a Crime Scene Investigation Magnet Program that is 4 years long and includes courses such as: Anthropology, Psychology, Anatomy & Physiology, Statistics, and the Cap-Stone course Forensic Science. Field Trips will include a trip to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Division, MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), Crow Canyon Archeological Center in Colorado, and others. This program focuses on evidence collection, archaeological digs, preservation and analysis of artifacts, the in-depth study of human anatomy, critical thinking, and the reconstructing events based on evidence and deductive reasoning. This program blends the arts and sciences to enable students to develop a deeper understanding of the human condition.
