Together, We'll Help You Navigate the Financial Aid Process

Keystone Prep High School is in the business of helping families and their student succeed. There are several financial aid options available to assist you in making a KPHS education a reality for your student, so don't let a lack of financial provisions stand in your student's way of pursuing the possibility.

Scholarships That Make a Keystone Education Possible

There are two types of scholarships that families may be eligible for, which can help lower the cost of tuition: state funded scholarships and Keystone Prep scholarships. More details about each are given below.

Many students receive financial aid — call us today to schedule an appointment!

State Funded Scholarships

We encourage parents to apply for state funded scholarships, which include Step Up for Students and AAA. To view the requirements for each scholarship, please visit the Florida Department of Education School Choice website.

We can guide you through the scholarship process, customizing the financial package. In order to do so we will need to see your child's IEP, 504, Diagnosed Learning Challenge or Disability, or Psychoeducational Evaluation if they have them.

A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.

Keystone Prep Scholarships

The financial aid packages are processed through FACTS, our third-party system reviewer. Keystone Prep Scholarships are awarded based on the following criteria:

FACTS will provide a financial aid report to Keystone Prep High School, indicating the amount of financial need the parent qualifies for and the parent's ability to pay, as it relates to the yearly tuition. Then the Keystone Prep Scholarship committee reviews the application and determines if a student also qualifies to receive a KPHS Scholarship.

Scholarship funds are donated or raised by the school community. Families who receive scholarships will be required to participate in school fundraising events that support the scholarship fund.

Eligibility Requirements

Completion of full financial aid documents via FACTS
Financial need verified by tax records from both parents with custody records when necessary
Continuing scholarships based on parent support, good standing, work study completion, and attendance
Apply on FACTS

Scholarship Agreements

All financial arrangements are made via the Director of Admissions and with the Head of School. The Business Manager is responsible to oversee the contracts and requirements for financial aid.

Families whose students receive scholarships must ensure their student does not violate those contractual scholarship agreements. If they do, the family will be billed for and must pay back the previously gifted funds.

Important

All scholarship students must adhere to the agreed upon conditions and terms set forth in the signed family contract to receive Keystone Prep High School Scholarships.
