Mission Control: Odessa
“This is a Space themed Magnet Program that is 4 years long and includes courses such as: Astronomy, Engineering, Rocketry, Robotics, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Meteorology, Physics, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. Students will build and work with Robotics, Drones, and Rockets. Field trips will include a trip to MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), NASA, and others. This program focuses on advanced physical sciences and mathematics to solve problems of working in Space. Students will be able to sit for the FAA licensure test for Unmanned Aircraft Systems after their 16th birthday.”
